It started with a conversation at a gig. Someone passed around a bag of crisps during the opening act — and for a moment, that small, stupid gesture made the whole thing feel like a community. That's what tapas does. That's what pop-punk does.

We spent years eating our way around Spain and listening to records that made us feel like everything was possible. We kept noticing the same thing: the best meals and the best shows happened when people stopped being precious and started sharing.

Glasgow was the obvious place to do it. The city has been mixing things that shouldn't go together and making them brilliant for centuries. The Barrowlands, the Barras, the Clutha, King Tut's — these aren't just venues, they're proof that the best things happen when you pack people in tight and let the energy do its thing.

So we built a kitchen around that idea. Small plates, seasonal produce, natural wine, and a playlist that'll make you argue about whether Green Day counts as punk. (It does. We don't take questions on this.)

"We believe the best meal you've ever had was shared with other people over a table that was slightly too small."

— The All the Small Plates manifesto, scrawled on a napkin in 2023

We're not trying to reinvent Spanish cuisine. We're trying to bring it somewhere new, with a soundtrack that slaps, in a city that deserves it.

What We Stand For

THE
MANIFESTO

01

Share Everything

Tapas is built on generosity. Order more than you think you need, push it into the middle, and let everyone take what they want. That's the whole point.

02

No Pretension

You don't need to know your Albariño from your Verdejo to have a great night here. Just be curious. We'll guide you.

03

Glasgow First

We buy local wherever we can — Scottish produce, local craft beer, city-made ceramics. We're proud to be from here.

04

Loud & Proud

The music matters. We'll play it loud enough to hear but not so loud you can't argue about it. That's the sweet spot.
